We only offer exchanges for products that are defective and/or damaged in their original state. Precious Beauty Lounge is not responsible for items that have been damaged due to shipping services.  

There are no rush orders or expedited orders, please do not place last-minute orders. PBL is not responsible for the delivery time of packages or any delay caused by shipping couriers.
